It's Sweet Rudolph from the Crazy Paw collection, available in the Mirtillamente Craft Shop, both in colored and coloring versions.
Colored with Spectrum Noir Classique, the background tag was made with Distress Ink Sprays, as soon as dry I stamped with snowflakes.
